Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, Lafrance Hospitality has built 9 properties from the ground up, as well as management consulting projects for other hotels and restaurants. This includes all aspects, from site selection, local planning board approvals, hotel company and contractor negotiations, throughout the projects completion. Under Sean’s direction, three of LHC’s properties (Bittersweet Farm, Rachel’s Lakeside and the Waypoint Event Center) have been purchased, renovated and successfully launched.
