Our Hotel VP frequently travels to properties to communicate with hotel General Managers and ensure that all LHC company standards as well as Hotel brand standards are being upheld. All Managers are held accountable for monthly gross operating performance as well as brand scores for guest satisfaction. The Hotel VP communicates frequently with the franchise brands and works closely with them as a liaison for the owners of our managed properties.
