Sales & Marketing

All LHC owned and managed hotels have dedicated sales professionals who are trained and developed in all aspects of hotel sales and marketing. These managers are responsible for meeting top line goals and objectives for sales solicitation including outside sales, internet prospecting and phone sales which ultimately leads to the attainment of the hotels revenue goals. We have a proven track record for dissecting and understanding a market and developing executable plans of action that allow for maximum market penetration and outstanding market share.

Our corporate office has a dedicated Marketing Manager who assures all opportunities are analyzed and carefully reviewed and who works with the sales professionals at each property to meet marketing and promotional needs. Our sales team provides weekly updates on sales activity and productivity to our management team for analysis and feedback. Our hotels are represented at national conventions to promote the use of our hotels to various users. The marketing department also provides support to the hotels for graphic design, printing and advertising. Our team utilizes and is familiar with a variety of sales software programs including SalesPro and OnQ Sales and Events.
