The Priscilla Dining Room at White's of Westport opened its doors on Easter Sunday in 1955 under the watchful eyes of founders Roland & Rita Lafrance. Roland "Aime" was the cook and Rita ran the front of the house. On that first Easter Sunday, Aime and Rita served over 250 guests.
