Westport, MA (August 22, 2019) – Lafrance Hospitality and Opechee Construction Corporation have broken ground and began construction at the site of the 90-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Westport, MA. The hotel site is conveniently located on State Road immediately off Interstate 195 alongside the Lafrance Hospitality owned Hampton Inn Fall River/Westport and White’s of Westport.
Lafrance Hospitality has partnered with a design-build construction firm, Opechee Construction Corporation, on the design and construction of the project. The two companies have successfully worked together on several hotel openings and renovations over the years.
The Grand Opening of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Westport, MA is expected to take place Fall 2020.
